Dear Susan,

Thank you I received my work diary cover with one little problem. When I ordered the cover I requested the letters (2)  to be "embossed on the bottom LEFT hand corner (not to low down)" 
but they were put on the bottom right corner about an inch from the bottom. Other wise I am very pleased with the quality of the cover
